Animal clinic? or animal shelter

We have two dogs for adoption then some heartless creature threw a box of three kittens behind our back door. less than my palm size. two beige white and one tabby( my favourite!!) charmaine decided to take one in. she took home one of the kitten that night. the next day, she brought back the kitten, sicked, kept meowing and garging, it won't eat or drink milk. I tried force feeding and place it with the other kittens but the other kittens reject him and left the kitten alone as they snuggles between themselves at the other end of the cage. i DIY a hot water bag and try to keep the kitten warm, force feeding every now and then, charmaine was really worried for her kitten. The kitten's condition is not impproving, i'm at my wits end, i approach dr loi to catheterize the kitten and inject glucose saline every 2 hours. At one moment, the kitten starts to scream real hard and gargling, it died...in my hands. I annouced it to charmaine, she break down immdiately. Sorry charmaine, i tried my best to keep him alive.
